Types name + confirms 3 legal checkboxes. IP & device captured. Status โ buyer_signed.
Plots reserved 24h
Selected plots locked. Secure access token generated. Resume link emailed to buyer + admins.
Payment (branch)
Option A โ Pay by Card
Secure Stripe checkout (instant confirmation).
Option B โ Bank Transfer
ADIB account details shown. Buyer transfers externally.
Upload payment proof
Buyer uses secure passwordless link (access token) to upload proof โ no login.
Admin Processing
Admin validates payment
Buyer signature + payment proof tracked on admin portal. Admin confirms payment โ status payment_confirmed.
Admin clicks "Send to Lawyer"
Contract with buyer + Abdulla Al Jasmi signatures emailed to lawyer (sn.akhtarz@yahoo.com). Status โ lawyer_reviewed.
Admin clicks "Issue Final Contract"
After lawyer returns the final copy to abdulla@ & admin@, admin triggers the final contract to all 4 stakeholders: Abdulla, Admin, Lawyer, Buyer. Status โ issued.
Completion
Title transfer & handover
Ownership transfer finalized in Bosnia; final documents issued to buyer.
Final notifications
